By visiting this website or posting a property ad, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to post a property ad or make any payment on this website. By registering or submitting an ad, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3. Account & User Data

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. All user-provided data, including name, phone number, and email, must be valid and up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if fraudulent or misleading information is detected.

4. Ad Posting & Approval Process

  • Ads submitted to our portal are manually reviewed to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with our listing standards.

  • Posting an ad requires a payment of ₹49 per listing.

  • Submission of an ad does not guarantee publication. Ads that do not meet our standards may be rejected.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • If an ad is rejected, a partial refund of ₹25 will be processed. The remaining ₹24 is retained as a service charge for verification and review.

  • All refunds are processed within 72 working hours to the original payment method.

6. Pricing Policy

The pricing for posting ads is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be updated on the website and will apply to new ad submissions made thereafter.

7. Content Standards

You agree not to post:

  • Inaccurate or misleading property information

  • Duplicate or spam listings

  • Offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content

  • Listings on behalf of another person without consent

We reserve the right to reject or remove any ad that violates these guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide a platform for users to list and discover properties in Mysuru. We are not involved in any transaction, negotiation, or agreement between buyers and sellers. Therefore, we are not liable for:

  • The accuracy of property details

  • Disputes between users

  • Losses or damages arising from use of the website

Users are encouraged to verify property details independently before making decisions.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
